Terms & Conditions

• Paw Points are worth 1p each and can be redeemed in multiples of 100 at checkout.
• Paw Points can only be earned by retail customers, with an account. Login to your account on the website to see your current balance.
• Paw Points will be applied based on post-discounted totals.
• Paw Points being earned will not be available in your account until we have despatched and delivered your order.
• Paw Points are for your own use and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Paw Points don’t have a cash value and cannot be swapped for cash or any other type of credit.
• Returns & Refunds will adjust your Paw Points balance accordingly.
• Durham Animal Feeds can vary, amend or withdraw Paw Points at any point. If this happens, you will be given 2 months’ notice to use your Paw Points.
